Jacqueline Chinwe Stephen is a distinguished Energy and STEM professional, who has been a force of inspiration, innovation, and leadership. With an academic background in Oil and Gas Management and a Masters in Offshore and Ocean Technology with Subsea Engineering at Cranfield University, she has excelled in academia and industry. She has contributed significantly as a Senior Project Controls Engineer for energy industries such as offshore windfarm, LNG, Nuclear Power and Oil & Gas and is currently at bp as a Finance Business Partner for the Strategy, Sustainability and Ventures entity. She previously played a pivotal role in managing large-scale energy projects and currently supports BP’s Executive Leadership Team.
Beyond her corporate roles, Jacqueline advocates for diversity and inclusion in STEM through her involvement with organizations such as World Energy Council, AFBE UK (Association for Black Minority & Ethnic Engineers), and UN Women UK Delegation, demonstrating her commitment to empowering underrepresented groups and fostering equity.
