Payment Terms

Full payment is due within 14 days of the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Return travel and expenses must be covered by the client, with flights requiring business class or higher accommodations for long-haul travel.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the service date. Cancellations within this period may incur a fee of 50% of the agreed service rate. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Intellectual Property

Materials provided during services remain the property of Jacqueline Chinwe Stephen unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary information shared during engagements.

Liability

Jacqueline takes great care to provide the highest quality service. However, she cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or outcomes related to the use of advice, recommendations, or materials provided during services. Every effort will be made to ensure a successful partnership and positive results.
